Debbie Clark, K2 Teacher, Co-Director

Debbie has been in the childcare field for almost 20 years, the majority of which she spent running a successful state licensed daycare out of her home in Brentwood, New Hampshire. She holds a BS in Theory of Teaching from the University of New Hampshire Debbie began teaching at Cross Road in January 2011. She has been married to her husband, Andy, since 1988 and has two daughters: Ashley who is currently in vet tech school and working for the NH Humane Society and Kirsite who is a junior nursing major and softball player at Rivier Univeristy. Debbie and her husband spend their time gardening, cheering on the Patriots and taking care of their many pets: two dogs, Bruschi and Ringo, ten ducks, two cats, KoKo and Shawneee and two dogs and cats adopted from a shelter. Debbie loves working with children because of the personal satisfaction she gets from knowing that she can make a difference in a child’s life.
Jenn Brown, K2 Teacher

Jen has been working with children of all ages for the past fifteen years and has been with Cross Road since June of 2012.She grew up in Illinois and moved to New Hampshire six years ago to be closer to her family. She loves the outdoors and divides her spare time between the ocean, the mountains and trips to visit family. Watching children learn and grow is the best part of her job..
Evelyn Marshall, K2 Teacher

Evelyn has been working as an early childhood teacher for several years and has been at Cross Road since August, 2011. She has four children, three sons and a daughter, and has been married for twenty four years. She loves to swim and bike, but her favorite activity is spending time with her children and watching them play sports. She enjoys working with children of all ages.

Bethany Robinson, Infant Teacher

Bethany has an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She has been working at Cross Road since July, 2012. She lives with her husband and their Siamese cat, Kiet. She enjoys cooking, doing puzzles and watching movies with her husband. She loves working with children because it allows her to be a part of the awe and wonder that they experience while learning new things.
Beth Brooker, Infant Teacher

Beth received her Bachelors in Elementary Education from Valley Forge Christian College in 1998 and has been working with children for the past 20 years. In that time, she has worked in the educational field as an infant teacher, a toddler teacher, a K-8 substitute teacher, & finally a director of a small childcare center. Her first love has always been the babies, which says she’s thrilled to be given the opportunity to care for the infants here at Cross Road Children’s Center. Beth has been married to her husband, Jeff, for 16 years and has two daughters, Faith and Christa, ages 11 and 9. Beth also has two Boston Terriers named Gabe & Abby.

Jenn Godin, Toddler Teacher

Jenn has been working with children since her teenage years and has her Child Development Credential. She has been with Cross Road since April, 2012. She has lived in Maine her entire life and enjoys all four New England seasons. She spends most of her spare time with her family and has a passion for muscle cars. Jenn loves working with toddlers and feels that they teach her as much as she teaches them. The laughter she experiences in the classroom makes every day a rewarding experience.
Sagina Siccone, Toddler Teacher

Eve Sterling, Preschool Teacher

Eve has been working as a teacher for over twenty years and has been working at Cross Road since January, 2012. She has been happily married for twenty three years and has two daughters as well as three grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, bird watching and listening to rock and roll music. She also belongs to an Animal Rescue League and has adopted all sorts of animals including a manatee, a polar bear, a tiger and an owl. Her favorite animals are her two dogs Sassy and Bubba. Eve loves working with children because they are all fun, energetic and special people.
Mandy Chagaris, Preschool Teacher

Mandy has been working with children since high school, when she worked as a Middle School teacher's aide and a tae kwon do instructor. Since then she has worked at 4 childcare centers, coming to Cross Road in August, 2012. She lives with her mother and father a long with her two cats, Charlotte and DJ, and her dog Disney. She enjoys singing, acting and writing scripts in her spare time. She loves working with children because through teaching them new things, they also teach you.
Kristi Ferguson, Kindergarten Teacher

Kristi recieved her B.S. in Family Studies from the Univeristy of New Hampshire in 2011 and has been working in the childcare field ever since. She came to Cross Road in September of 2012. She lives with her fiance Justin and their one year old daughter Raegan. Kristi loves outdoor activities for all seasons such as hiking, swimming and skiing. She also enjoys travelling and hopes to one day take her daughter to Europe. She likes working with children because every day is different and because it's fun to watch how they learn from each other.
Joel Edgar, Kindergarten Teacher

Joel has been teaching since 2002. He began here at Cross Road, then moved south for two years to help Rachel and Dan (Joel’s sister and brother-in-law) open their school in Florida. Joel is currently attending Granite State College to receive his Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. In his free time, Joel is an avid and competitive runner. He also sings and plays guitar in his band, A Fire Anthem. He loves listening to live music and his iPod is never far. Joel feels that teaching is a very rewarding profession; he says it’s a great way to make a difference in children’s lives.
Rachel McIntyre, Owner/Director

Rachel has worked in the field of early childhood in both Florida and New Hampshire for fifteen years. She holds a Master's degree in Early Childhood and is currently working toward her third degree in the field. Rachel also serves as an accreditation consultant and validator for the National Association of Child Care Professionals. Cross Road is a family business, for Rachel, begun in 1995 by her mother and father, Paul & Susan Edgar. Rachel has been married to her husband Dan for fourteen years, and they have five children between the ages of thirteen and four. The family also has two energetic Labrador Retrievers, Twi and Jake. Outside of school, Rachel enjoys time with her family, swimming, attending soccer and basketball games, running, crossfit, and sometimes reading or crafting. Rachel's passion for the field of early childhood education stems from her belief that all children need a warm, loving environment where they can explore, discover and learn.
